When the business grows,
everything cannot stay with you.

For entrepreneurs, founders, and service-business owners, being busy can leave little room to examine how the business actually runs. These are some of the situations we can work through together.

The day depends on you.

Questions, approvals, and small decisions keep coming back to the owner. We help you examine where clearer responsibilities and repeatable workflows could reduce that dependency.

The same work happens differently.

Information sits in different places, handoffs are unclear, or follow-ups depend on memory. We look at where documented processes and digital working standards could help.

The next move keeps waiting.

You have ideas for growth, but daily demands compete for your attention. We review your business situation and help you turn competing priorities into a practical roadmap.

A conversation.
A decision.
A week with direction.

See how an everyday concern can become a focused consulting conversation. We examine the situation together; you put the agreed priorities into practice.

An illustrative consulting week.
Every business starts somewhere different.

Inside the working week
Before the callBring one real bottleneck.

“New inquiries come in, but follow-ups slip when the week gets busy.” Bring the current process and the questions it raises: where inquiries arrive, how they are recorded, and who responds.

During the callLook at where it gets stuck.

Together, trace the handoff from the initial inquiry to the next conversation. Discuss where responsibility becomes unclear and which part of the process needs attention first.

After the callChoose one practical next step.

A possible next step is to document who owns each follow-up and how the next action is recorded. You make the change in your business. In the following call, we review what you learned and consider what needs adjusting.

The detail behind
the decision.

Your workflows
We examine how work moves through your business, where time is spent, and where handoffs break down. The discussion can include documenting routines and identifying digital working standards that suit your operations.
Your business numbers
We review your business numbers in the context of your operations and goals. The purpose is to understand the current situation and inform business priorities—not to provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
Your priorities
Together, we connect your goals to a practical growth roadmap. We help you decide what deserves attention now, what can wait, and which next steps you will take responsibility for implementing.

About Wintex

Before we start,
a few useful answers.

Understand the fit, the scope, and what happens next.

Have another question?
Who is Wintex consulting for?

We work exclusively with businesses: entrepreneurs, founders, and owners of service businesses in the U.S. and Europe. The focus is on business operations, digitization, priorities, and growth planning.

Do you implement the changes for us?

No. Wintex provides strategic advice and guidance. You are responsible for implementation. We do not run advertising campaigns, build websites, or carry out operational work on your behalf.

How do the fees and engagement lengths work?

Consulting is offered at a fixed fee for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month engagement. Your B2B consulting agreement specifies the scope, fee, and terms before you begin. There are no unexpected hourly charges. Contact us to discuss your needs and the applicable fee.

Can we work together from another country?

Wintex serves business owners in the U.S. and Europe. Consulting is delivered remotely through weekly Zoom calls and email, so the relationship does not depend on meeting in person.

Is this financial advice or a guarantee of growth?

No. Reviewing business numbers supports operational planning. Wintex does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, manage client funds, or guarantee revenue or profit. Outcomes depend on your implementation and circumstances.

What should I include in my first email?

Tell us what your business does, which part of your operations needs attention, and what you would like to work toward. You do not need to send detailed financial records in your initial email.
